My wife and I moved in over 6 months ago and We love it.. I must admit that Grand Estates of McKinney Staff has an excellent customer service.. Every one in the staff is smiling, cheerful and full of energy. I had a few maintenance issues i had over time and the staff was very quick to resolve them with out any delay. The maintenance crew makes sure the apartment surroundings are always clean, quite.The Maintenance crew absolutely rock. The customer Service at the administration office including Stacy, Ashley and Chris has been a pleasure to work with….Western Rim .. thank you for providing your residents with such a awesome staff..

We would like to offer a compliment regarding the Groundskeeper at The Mansions at TPC. Thomas has done an exceptional job of keeping the grounds neat and clean. He arrives at 6:30 a.m. and is constantly on the go throughout the day. With his pleasant manner, professionalism and great smile he is definitely a great representative of The Western Rim and the Mansions at TPC. Please share this compliment with our Community Director, Taylor Liles and Thomas.
Juan and Ramon have far exceeded expectations in regard to work orders. While you were away we had an issue with all of the smoke alarms going off at 4 a.m. (non-emergency) and Ramon was very responsive to our call for help. In addition, Lisa does an outstanding job as Lead Housekeeper. Not sure where she gets her energy however we all thank her for keeping the clubhouse and surrounding area sparkling!!!

My wife and I visited your property Sunday, Feb 13th. The property is awesome and we look forward to our move there. It wont be until June, but we are looking forward to hopefully reserving an apartment in April, the right floor plan and with those great views to the north. But this email is more to comment on Matt – Great guy , awesome customer service. My wife and I were very pleased with his service. Its very easy to see that he loves his work and the property he is representing. We are the type of people who like good customer service with common sense, you find very little of that these days. We definately got that with Matt, good service, common sense and no pressure. Thanks for having the good sense to hire the right people for the right job.

As a consequence, my wife and I are now very comfortable in the apartment home and plan to renew our lease for another term. This is due to Tiffany’s efforts. We cannot thank her enough and we think you should be proud to have such a proactive, professional property manager on your staff. When we rented at the Mansions at Canyon Springs, we expected a high quality living environment – and you have delivered.

Hello, I am a new resident at the Mansions. I moved here in March. I just wanted to email you guys and tell you what a wonderful staff you have. I have been very pleased since I moved here. It started with the first contact I made with Melanie on the phone. I actually leased the apartment over the phone. Everything is exactly the way she described it over the phone. Everyone is so professional. I was an apartment manager for several years so naturally I am critic. I use the gym daily and it is always super clean. The grounds guy does a great job of picking up. I have had one work order so far since.

I would like to comment on the excellent customer service that I received from one of your employees. Her name is Tiffany Davidson, in charge of the Mansions Apartments at Canyon Springs in San Antonio, Texas.
In this day and age, excellent customer service is vital to any business. Tiffany Davidson went above and beyond to help my daughter with her apartment choice and move.

I was looking for an apartment on Rent.com and came across the Mansions property. I called the 800 number and was lucky to have Tiffany answer the phone. She explained the property to me, answered all of my questions, and invited me for a personal tour. I thanked her and let her know that I was looking around at other property but would get back to her.

She followed up with an email, including the different apartment floor plans and information, and also a friendly personal call to my home.

On April 16th, we left Corpus Christi to find an apartment in San Antonio. Our first stop was the Mansions. Tiffany Davidson greeted us as we entered the property. She welcomed us with a refreshing bottle of cold water before she began our tour and information about the property. My daughter filled out the application. Tiffany said that she would let my daughter know when the application was approved. We left there and went to the other three properties that I had researched on Rent.com.

Within one hour, Tiffany called and left a message that my daughter was approved. We were viewing the second property on our list. My daughter called her back as we were driving to the third property.

Tiffany welcomed her to the Mansions and my daughter accepted. I am telling you it was her presentation, manners and demeanor that sold us. The apartment is fabulous with all of the safety features and amenities but Tiffany was the deciding factor.

Again, I would like to say how lucky and blessed that you are to have Tiffany Davidson at the Mansions Apartments. With her enthusiasm, efficiency, hard work and excellent customer service, I know she has measured up to your expectations.

I deal with many people day in and day out in my profession and I have to say you two are the most genuine people I’ve met. I don’t know all your staff but I do have history with Stacey (which our family absolutely loves) and Jonathan and of course Binh and they too are always willing to go the extra step for us. As you know my daughter and husband are residents and they feel the same way.
We really appreciate everyone making us feel at home. All of you are top notch!

I wanted to take the time and let you know what an excellent job your staff is performing here at the Estates Woodlands. We signed our lease last year in July with Jessica while on vacation from Atlanta, GA. We did not move to Texas until August and when we returned and walked through the doors, Jessica greeted us and remember our names. Although it may have seem like a small gesture, it resonated and spoke volumes to us. With that being said, Jessica Andrews has been the epitome of how excellent professional customer service should be rendered. She always has the tenants interest at heart, very kind, full of life, and ready to excel above and beyond the call of duty to assist with any questions or issues. In the spirit of good business and professionalism, I understand the significant understanding and appreciation that comes when praising someone that has provided outstanding customer service. I would like to take a few moments to craft this letter of acknowledgement regarding Jessica A., for the tremendous amount of courtesy and professionalism she has provided me over the course of the past two weeks. As most are aware, moving can be stressful and tiring so it makes a tremendous difference when the person aiding you in this process is thorough and diligent. Jessica has spent time with me ensuring all of my questions were answered and provided me with all of the information needed to help make this transition as smooth as possible. Explaining the lease terms and conditions, as well as highlighting all of the wonderful amenities The Estates Woodland has to offer, Jessica helped me to feel confident and excited to make the move to this property over all of the other properties I had researched and visited in the recent couple of months, that including your sister property, The Mansions. Jessica took time to tour the property with me as well as various units until I was able to come to a decision of which would be best suited for me. Both times, I had my eight year old daughter, Caitlyn, with me and Jessica was great with talking to her and making her feel like a part of this process as well! She spoke to her on the same level and answered her questions about all of the things that were of interest to her…from the pool to the playground, and so on. My daughter left feeling like she made a new friend and it meant so much to me knowing that my little one was just as excited to move to The Estates Woodland as I was! Throughout the process, I had made arrangements with Nationwide Movers to transport my belongings, and the staff there was wonderful to work with as well. Based on your recommendation, of course. With scheduling technicians for cable installation to transferring utilities, Jessica was extremely courteous and always made herself available to help in any way! As I had stated earlier, I had been researching this area and had visited four or five communities, but it was the staff at The Estates Woodland that solidified my decision to move there over the others. My experience was so positive and the overall feel, so comfortable, that I have since referred two others, both family, to The Estates Woodland. Jessica was of great assistance to Nick R. and showed the same professional courtesy to him as she did with me and as a result, he will be moving to the property in September. Chris K. has been of great help in aiding Jeffrey S. with his inquiries of the property as well. I met with Chris last week and he spoke with Jeffrey to great detail in the same fashion Jessica did with me. He answered all of his questions, was extremely polished and spoke with such enthusiasm and knowledge of the property that Jeffrey was second guessing his initial choice of another property he was interested in. Chris also allowed me to tour the unit Jeffrey was interested in and we were able to FaceTime him allowing the opportunity for him to see firsthand, all of the details and layout. Jeffrey is relocating from outside of the US and was weary on committing to any property sight unseen, but with Chris showing such patience and working with us, Jeffrey was able to feel more at ease and his concerns resolved. I’d like to make the point that where someone chooses to live and how by personally offering a recommendation can have great impact when they’re weighing all options. I felt 100% confident if recommending The Estates Woodland to both. I hope that my taking the time out of my very busy day to communicate my experience with your staff and over all praise for a job well done, will carry some type of value to you and future residents, should this letter of acknowledgement be placed on display for viewing. I, personally, couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I have had and it is all because of Jessica! A job very well done and I am very appreciative to all her efforts and assistance. Employees such as her, truly make a difference and she should be acknowledged for performing above average and exceeding expectations. In my line of business and with the title I hold, I am heavily connected within business networking and fortune 500 companies on the daily, and someone of Jessica’s statute would be considered a great value and asset. I am currently a resident at The Grand Estates Woodland. I just wanted to put in a good word for an amazing employee you have working the front office named Jessi. This woman has given me first class treatment since I moved in last August 2014 and has made my stay a very pleasant one. We need more people like Jessi with strong work ethic and attentive customer service skills. It would be nice to see her rewarded or acknowledged some how for her efforts.
